Symptoms

After following the Oracle Access Manager (OAM) / High Availability (HA) documentation at: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E40329_01/doc.1112/e28391/oamam.htm#BGJDHIDG

Unable to log into Weblogic server (WLS) console on "second" node in HA environment. 

When logging into http://oamhost2.example.com:7001/console you receive a "page not found" error.
