Symptoms

This is a custom WebCenter Portal Framework application.
Custom taskflows are used in this application.
The 'af:panelDashboard' code is being used to add functionality to a custom taskflow. The panelDashboard has multiple panelBoxes with componentDragSource.
Drag and scroll is not smooth in all browsers. Many times, the focus on the dragged panelBox is lost while scrolling.
Drag and scroll does not work in Internet Explorer.
