Symptoms
'Application to OID' and 'OID to Application' provisioning profiles are enabled automatically after restart of managed server, even after using the drop-down option to 'Disable profile'. This causes the problem that for a profile that is wanted to be turned off or disabled, if the WLS (weblogic) managed server instance for DIP gets restarted, the profile will become enabled again.
