ADF Content UI Does Not Preview Document (Doc ID 1969001.1)

Symptoms

With the ADF Content UI when searching for a word document and clicking on the name link to preview it, instead of the preview displaying in the left pane:

1. A dialog window popup to download the document

Or

2. Display error : Cannot display document because it could not be successfully converted

A verbose trace of the taskmanager while uploading a document to the ADF content UI records the following error:

>taskmanager/6 01.30 09:44:55.844 TaskLauncher_ThumbnailExport_stderr__0 ld.so.1: oitconverter: fatal: relocation error: file /opt/owc_dev/Oracle_ECM1/oit/solaris/lib/contentaccess/oitconverter: symbol DAInitEx: referenced symbol not found

ExportError=ld.so.1: oitconverter: fatal: /opt/owc_dev/Oracle_ECM1/oit/solaris/lib/contentaccess/libsc_da.so: unknown file type
