NullPointerException When Deploying Web Application on Weblogic 12.1.1 on Linux (Doc ID 1969278.1)

Symptoms

 On Weblogic 12.1.1 on Linux, when deploying web application which includes files with NLS name, the deploy failed with java.lang.NullPointerException. But it works on Windows system.

The NLS file name display with messy code on Linux terminal.
