When Using Framework Folders, the Batchloader succeeds, but Fails With: there is no folder path to this document (Doc ID 1969828.1)

Symptoms

You are using Framework Folders.  When running Batchloader in order to check a new file into a specific Folder, the checkin succeeds, but the information page shows this: "there is no folder path to this document".

Here is an example Batchloader file that causes this:
