Symptoms
Publish fails with the following error in the publish source sites.log:
[ERROR] [.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [logging.cs.xcelerate.publish] Error during publish: String index out of range: -12
java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -12
at java.lang.String.substring(String.java:1911)
at com.fatwire.realtime.PubMain$RemoteStub.getJobNames(PubMain.java:707)
at com.fatwire.realtime.messaging.PubsessionMonitor.addMonitoredJob(PubsessionMonitor.java:212)
at com.fatwire.realtime.PubMain._standardPublish(PubMain.java:355)
at com.fatwire.realtime.PubMain.execute(PubMain.java:111)
at jsp_servlet._jsp._cs_deployed._openmarket._xcelerate._prologactions._publish._advpub.__publishapprovedassets._jspService(__publishapprovedassets.java:110)
and at the same time on the publish target, the following error is seen in the managed server weblogic log:
<Error> <HTTP> <BEA-101214> <Included resource or file "/sites/jsp/cs_deployed/OpenMarket/Xcelerate/PrologActions/Publish/AdvPub/Importer.jsp" not found from requested resource "/sites/ContentServer".>
