Symptoms

On Test: 11.1.1.7.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

While trying to invoke a Business Service with a payload containing a user header of name "cookie", OSB fails with error "Unexpected element: CDATA". This error happens while parsing the contents of the request header and works in 11.1.1.3.
