Symptoms

Oracle eSSO Provisioning Gateway is configured to connect to Oracle Privileged Account Manager (OPAM).

A eSSO template is linked to an OPAM target account.

Within the ESSO agent you can see the privileged account available for check out, but when clicking 'Add to my accounts', the following error is thrown:
