Accessing PRO*C CGI Executables From Oracle HTTP Server Fails with "Internal Server Error" in Browser (Doc ID 1980995.1)

Symptoms

When accessing a 32-bit .exe CGI file via  HTTP Server 12.1.2 ,where the file is compiled using PRO*C from oracle 11.2 WIN 32-bit client installation,  it fails with Internal Server Error in the browser. The following error can be seen the OHS error_log file found under

 $Domain_HOME\system_components\OHS \ohs1\logs directory

 The issue does not happen if the executable is obtained by compiling the C program on a 64 bit OS.
