Goal

Tuxedo 12.1.3 (64 bit) (Patch Level 011) JRLY process exits when under load.
 In Weblogic, the calls to jolt at the time JRLY exits return a service exception with Errno=100 and Message=bea.jolt.pool.ServiceException:
bea.jolt.JoltRemoteService(ATSIM012)call(): Network Error.
