Symptoms

Error message related to the Java Message Service is reported during the startup of a GlassFish instance:

As a result if the error message "Unable to generate UID:[C4003]: Error occurred on connection creation" is seen, then it maybe worthwhile changing the configuration temporarily to use a single broker to see if a more useful error is then reported.
