Web Cache 11.1.1.7.0
The Patch 19703435 (MERGE REQUEST ON TOP OF 11.1.1.7.0 FOR BUGS 19322435 19635979) was applied and now invalidation behaves incorrectly.
After rolling back patch 19703435, invalidation was behaving correctly.
This is an invalidation only cluster as described in Chapter 3 of the Fusion Middleware Administrator's Guide for Oracle Web Cache, section 3.6.7 Configuring Administration and Invalidation-Only Clusters at http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E28280_01/web.1111/e10143/highav.htm#OWCAG444.
Changes
Confirm first of all that this is an 'invalidation only' Web Cache cluster because patch 19635979 only causes a problem on a 'invalidation only' Web Cache cluster.
