Symptoms

The EDQP database connection setting modifications are not being saved properly.
The Production connection setting modifications update the development settings and the development setting modifications update the production settings.

To recreate:
1. Create a new database connection (Development).
2. Create a new QA database connection based on the original database connection above.
3. Create a new Production database connection based on the original database connection above.
4. Go into the newly created database connection setting and modify the following Production settings:
 - Initial Db Connections
 - Max Connections
 - DB Timeout (Minutes)
 - DB Batch Size

Results: The Development Database Connection settings are changed instead of the Production.
