When more than 4 Managed Servers are started using the Node Manager, these servers will never start.

WebLogic Server 12.1.3 is installed and Domains are configured on Shared Storage.

The Managed Servers are spread across 2 Solaris SPARC machines and 10 Managed Servers are on each Machine.
