The recommendation section of the User Profile is not showing all recommendations that it should.

Expect to see the recommendations for this case:
If user A is connected to users B and C, and user D is also connected to users B and C, then user D should be recommended as a connection to user A.


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

NOTE: The following testcase represents a fictitious sample.  Any similarity to an actual Portal users,pages is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.  

1. User A invites Users C and Users D.
2. User B invites Users C and Users D
3. When you log in as user A the user B is not sowing in the Recommendations in the user Profile.
4. When you log in as user B the user A is not sowing in the Recommendations in the user Profile.
