Symptoms

Scenario:

In an environment with SOA and OSB there is a NoClassDefFoundError for oracle/tip/adapter/api/MutatorsAsProperties when:

- BP3 for OSB PS6 (11.1.1.7.3) was applied.

- BP4 for SOA PS6 (11.1.1.7.4) was applied.

In OSB server logs, an exception similar to this might appear:
