How to Export Customizations of Individual System Pages Customized At Portal Level (Doc ID 1983279.1)

Goal

Customizations to system pages are migrated when an instance or a portal is migrated to another. It is often required that such customization fragments of individual system pages also migrate across systems for testing/production and staging purposes. However, there is no mechanism to migrate customizations of individual system pages from one system to another.
