Intermittent Issue Storing Files in WebCenter Content when Using a HTTP RIDC Connection (Doc ID 1983940.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
there is an intermittent issue when storing files in WebCenter Content, when using the RIDC API.
There is no exception generated from the RIDC code when it is expected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check-In via RIDC
2. No exception is generated
