Zoom Menu Button Is Not Enabled For Managed Attachments In The EBS 12.1.x Form "HRMS Manager->FastPath->Qualifications" (Doc ID 1984058.1)

With a configuration of using Oracle Applications 12.1.3 and the WebCenter Content 11.1.1.8.0 EBS adapter for the Managed Attachment solution, the Zoom menu button is disabled.

When setting this up, Note 1603523.1 and Note 1606687.1 were used.  All of the recommended Managed attachments script files were executed, including the AXF_CUSTOM.pld.

In most of the EBS Forms, the 'Zoom' menu button is enabled.  However, in the EBS form "Human Resources (HRMS Manager) --> FastPath --> Qualifications", the 'Zoom' menu button is disabled. More specifically, when going to "Human Resources (HRMS Manager) --> FastPath --> Qualifications", an Employee Number is entered in the 'Number' textbox.  Then when navigating to the employee Detail page, the Zoom menu is disabled.

The menu is also disable when using the following path:

HRMS --> People --> Enter and Maintain --> Others--> Qualification
