CSV Import For Policy In OIA Is Not Updating The Policy In OIM

CSV import for policy in OIA is not updating the policy in OIM in OIA-OIM integrated setup(OIM-11GR2).
When trying to update the policy through CSV import in OIA,the policy is getting updated in OIA but it is not getting updated in OIM.No error is thrown in logs.
Steps to replicate the issue:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create CSV including some policies
2. Import the CSV file in OIA
3. Check OIM for policies
