Unable To Open/Edit A User In Sun IDM/Oracle Waveset (Doc ID 1984143.1)

Symptoms

Getting a Deserialization failed error while trying to do the following:

1.) Open a specific user in Sun IDM v8.1
2.) Import the original user object xml for that user
3.) Open the current user object xml for that user.

As a result, it is not possible to make any changes in to the user's access or to run any of the reports that parse this user.
