Symptoms

After upgrading the Solaris OS to latest patch, not able to start the Directory Server with below Error

WARNING<4748> - SSL - <......> Security Initialization: Failed to set SSL cipher preference information: unknown cipher SSL_RSA_WITH_RC4_128_MD5 (error -8190 - security library: received bad data.)
