Enterprise Capture Import Processor has Issues Reading Bar Codes After Applying WEC Patch #7 (Doc ID 1984952.1)

Symptoms

After installing WEC Capture patch #7 Patch 19856709, the Recognition Process is no longer reading the bar code information.

The logs show a Null Pointer error.
