Symptoms

A Case Source in Workflow Administration has been edited and Watchlist Screening Jobs have been rerun. The error below is thrown for any processes that generate alerts using the Case Source which has been modified:

WARNING: 21-Feb-2015 06:49:37: No external state mapping exists for this state: 'state name' (Code: 209,874)
