NoSuchMethodException: RSA Authentication Manager 9.1.0.7 Does Not Reconcile Lockout Status

Symptoms
Extended the OIM-RSA connector to reconcile the lockout status attribute for RSA users. In the recon attribute map have put the following in the Lookup.RSA.AuthManager.UserReconAttrMap:
Code Key: Lockout Status
Decode: lockoutStatus;IMS;Core;boolean;CheckBox
Then added a new column to UD_AMUSER (UD_AMUSER_LOCKOUTSTATUS), and added an entry in the RSA Auth Manager User resource object > Object reconciliation and in the RSA Auth Manager User provisioning process > Reconciliation Field Mappings, as described in RSA Connector Guide
Following error is seen after reconciliation is run:
