Missing Composites in SOA after OIM upgrade from OIM 11R1 to OIM 11GR2 PS2 BP3 (Doc ID 1985883.1)

Symptoms

The user has upgraded the OIM environment from 11GR1 to 11 GR2 PS2 BP3.

When they test the request workflows, they throw the below error:
