Information in this document applies to any platform.
This article will provide steps on how to diagnose issues of schedule Jobs when they are not running as per scheduled time or not being picking up by scheduler intermittently on its scheduled time. This article will cover diagnosis for the following symptoms:
- Job is not picked up for execution by OIM Scheduler framework on scheduled time.
- No entry exists in JOB_HISTORY table for this run. This can be verified through Job Detail UI of Scheduler Management feature.
- No exceptions are coming in server logs.
