BPM Process Space Stops Working After Deploying Custom Task Flow

On BPM 220.127.116.11.0 with Oracle WebCenter Portal 18.104.22.168.0 with patch 17299932.
The BPM process space and modeling spaces set up and configured properly. They work fine until a custom task flow is deployed as shared library. The following are steps to reproduce the issue:-
1) Deploy extend.portal.custom.webcenter.spaces.profile(1.0.4,1.0.4) which contains some custom task flows.
2) Deploy extend.spaces.webapp(11.1.2,11.1.2) and the custom task flows in the custom profile library works fine on all portals.
3) When attempt to access the process space it reports the following error on spaces log:-
4) If the extend.spaces.webapp(11.1.2,11.1.2) was removed, the process space starts working again.
