Incorrect Index Summary Values In EDQ Dashboard

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When using EDQ Dashboard indexes, it is possible to create one or more indexes under a main index (a sub-index).
In that case, a total index value exists which is the mean average of sub-indexes underneath.
The problem is that if one of the sub-indexes changes and is set to 0, then the main index is set to 0
The value of the main index is incorrect.
