Start and End Dates are Not Honored when Page is Rendered Using VanityURL (Doc ID 1987985.1)

Symptoms

When accessing a vanity URL for an asset that has startdate and/or enddate set, even if the current date falls outside the period defined by the start-/enddate, the page is still shown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
     The page should return a 404 not found status.
