Symptoms

After creating a Discussion Site in WebCenter Portal, the error below shows on the portal page:

WCS#<DATETIME>: An error occurred while trying to provision the service oracle.webcenter.collab.forum. The service did not get provisioned.

Spaces-diagnostics logs shows:

oracle.wsm.common.sdk.WSMException: WSM-00057 : The certificate, orakey, is not retrieved. The location of the key store being used is "<FMW_HOME>/user_projects/domains/<DOMAIN_NAME>/config/fmwconfig/default-keystore.jks" and its type is "JKS". The following aliases are found in the keystore:- [webcenter_spaces_ws, ]
