Folio Membership View Link Is Displaying Current Folios And Not Parent Folio (Doc ID 1988359.1)

On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, Content Server
Folio Membership View link is displaying current folios and not parent folio.

When looking at the content information of a child folio that is within another parent folio and see the folio membership links (View/Info).  The folio membership View link has the incorrect dDocname of the child folio in the routing URL instead of the parent folio dDocname.  The folio membership Info link has the correct dDocname of the parent folio dDocname in the routing URL. 

It appears that View Link does NOT work as expected and is routed to child Folio and not parent Folio.   Issue only seems to occur with a folio within another folio.  When you add an item to a folio and view it's content information the folio membership links show the parent folios information.
