During the Patch Set Assistant execution for the OIM Schema upgrade, the installer stops processing at 93%.
There are no obvious errors in the upgrade logs (at $MW_HOME/oracle_common/upgrade/logs/psa/psatimestamp.log) and the last entries in the log are for the oim_mview_recon_changes_by_res.sql script.
The screen shows that Oracle FM Patch Set Assistant UI is at Step 12 of 13
The Status bar shows 93% complete.
Title shows OIM INSTALLING UPGRADE STORED PROCEDURES.
User Messaging, OPSS, MDS and SOA shows status Succeeded
OIM shows status as In Progress.
