"ODI-1443 Error while starting agent : servletHolder is null" When Starting the ODI Standalone Agent (Doc ID 1988704.1)

Symptoms

You have an Oracle Database that is protected by Dataguard.
It resides on the servers <DB_SERVER1> and <DB_SERVER2>.
The Primary is on <DB_SERVER1> and the Standby on <DB_SERVER2>.
ODI is running well and can be stopped and restarted as necessary.

A switchover of the database is successfully performed: the Standby is now on <DB_SERVER1> and the Primary is on <DB_SERVER2>.
ODI was shutdown on <DB_SERVER1> prior to the switchover.

When you try to start ODI on <DB_SERVER2> the ODI Standalone Agent gives the error:
