GGSCI behaviour When Issuing A STOP EXTRACT Or REPLICAT for OGG NonStop

Symptoms
When a OGG group is hung, such as simulated by a TACL > SUSPEND $<process> command, these are observed:
a) STOP <proc> - GGSCI times out (Errror 40) after ERREPLYTIMEOUT value is reached and control returned to GGSCI.
b) STOP <proc>, WAIT <n> - GGSCI times out (Errror 40) after ERREPLYTIMEOUT value is reached. A further wait of <n> seconds takes place with a 'Wait time exceeded' message being displayed before control is returned to GGSCI.
c) STOP <proc>, ATEND - GGSCI hangs indefinitely.
d) STOP <proc>, ! - GGSCI hangs indefinitely.
