Goal

On OSB 11.1.1.7.0 version, it has been configured the load balancer connection using message server in target.

It is needed to know the best practices for SOA SAP Adapter Connection for load balanced configuration.

If iDocs are triggered from an instance that's different from the instance to which the integration user(ORA_SOA_PE3) is connected, its getting lost
and
if iDocs are triggered from the same instance,then its working fine.

There are no errors in SM58 transaction and no events created when the idocs are lost.

There are eight (8) instances in SAP Server -  one central instance, five dialogue instances, and two batch instances. Gateway service runs in the central instance.

QUESTION:
=========
- Does the Target configuration will be considered during runtime or will it be the channel Configuration?
  If it is Channel: How can be done load balanced configuration there ?
