12.1.3 Jagent java.lang.NullPointerException For OEM configuration (Doc ID 1990180.1)

Symptoms

OGG 12.1.3 stand-alone Jagent configured for OEM is reporting status to OEM successfully.

However, the <OGG_agent_home>/logs/ogg_agent.log shows repeated java.lang.NullPointerException :
