Unable To Send Two Messages In A Row From A User To Another User In WebCenter (Doc ID 1990700.1)

Symptoms

Two users are connected in WebCenter. The problem appear when user1 tries to send two messages to user2. The second time that user1 tries to click "Add Message" no popup appear

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Having 2 users: user1 and user2 connected.
    1.1 Sign in as user1 , go to the Home Portal -> Profile
          Invite user2 to connect with this user.
    1.2 Sign in as user2 , go to the Home Portal -> Profile
          Accept the user1 Invitation
  2. Create a Team Portal and have both users user1 and user2 as members.
  3. Sign in as user1 and browse to the Team portal created in 2.
    3.1 On the Home page, check for user2 activities.
    3.2 Click on the usre2 name, this opens a popup with the AddMessage action on the top right.
          -> First click on the  AddMessage opens a second popup with a Test editor to submit your message
          -> Submit one test message.
          -> Second click on the AddMessage doesn't show any popup anymore.
