Goldengate Classic Extract abends with OGG-01417/OGG-01262/OGG-01028 and then restarts successfully (Doc ID 1990798.1)

Symptoms Classic Extract intermittently abends with the following error during a database log switch

015-01-27 18:50:51 INFO OGG-01026 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, poc_p01.prm: Rolling over remote file ./dirdat/b2148021.
2015-01-27 18:50:57 WARNING OGG-00719 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, e1_bscs.prm: Switched log to seqno 846375 while reading rec with size 1610612736, has read 15731880 bytes.
2015-01-27 18:51:04 WARNING OGG-01417 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, e1_bscs.prm: CACHEMGR: duplicate transaction secondary key: 00CF00150044FD21 primary key: 01AE0015.
2015-01-27 18:51:04 WARNING OGG-01262 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, e1_bscs.prm: The call to the cm_obj_new() function from line 1961 in CM_object_create() failed with reason 'cm_obj_new: 01AE0015: error: 115'.
2015-01-27 18:51:04 ERROR OGG-01028 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, e1_bscs.prm: failed to start transaction 207.21.4521249 (0x00cf.015.0044fd21) at 846375 63013904 due to conflict with tran start at 846374 794512400, xid 207.21.4521248 (0x00cf.015.0044fd20).
2015-01-27 18:51:04 ERROR OGG-01668 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, e1_bscs.prm: PROCESS ABENDING.

The Extract is then restarted successfully with no extract errors reported.

The issue was also observed after upgrading to and then which eliminated <Bug 19721652> and <Bug 19046398>.
