How to import SOA WLST commands as a Jython module

Unable to use SOA WLST Commands as a Jython Module and followed the Oracle Document at https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24329_01/web.1211/e24491/using_wlst.htm#WLSTG152

Able to get the regular WLST Commands like connect() disconnect() but the SOA WLST commands like sca_createPartition() etc. are not working.
