Symptoms

Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g or 12c.

After creating custom attribute(s) and objectclass(es) in Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM), assigning them to entries fails with: 

LDAP: error code 65 - Attribute not found. Mandatory Attribute missing.

And no values have been applied to the attributes.

Or the (optional) attributes are grayed out / greyed out / not updatable / not editable / and there is no possible way to apply values to them in ODSM.

Changes

Added new custom attributes and objectclass in the OID schema.
