Mapviewer 12c Not Displaying a Pre-Defined Vector Layer

Created a predefined vector layer (theme) to display using Mapviewer 12c

When trying to display getting Java Null Pointer error in the mapviewer.log file.

Same code using a Mapviewer 11g (v11. environment the map displays correctly with no errors.

Problem occurs in all browsers tested (Firefox, IE, Chrome, etc).

1) Server OS: Linux x86_64 (RedHat Enterprise 5.11)

2) Oracle Weblogic Server 12c (12.1.3)

3) Manually Deployed an Exploded MapViewer EAR Folder in WebLogic Server.

Accessing this URL returns the response text string: Ver12.1.3_B140430.1010

4) Can successfully access the Weblogic Admin Console (http://[host]:[port]/console) and confirm the Weblogic is running.

Mapviewer Admin Console (http://[host]:[port]/mapviewer) is fine. Mapviewer has been successfully deployed and running as well.

5) Mapviewer 12c has been configured to use the latest Java 7 JDK (i.e. Java 7 Update 75).

The java.lang.NullPointerException error received when attempting to display the predefined vector layer is recorded in the mapviewer.log file.
