Symptoms

Library OVD (libOVD) 11g 11.1.1.6.0.

Attempting to apply <Patch 18008306> to address out of memory errors with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) integration fails:

Running prerequisite checks...
Interim patch 18008306 conflict with patch(es) [ 14072178 13591235 ] in the Oracle Home

Followed the known issue: Opatch Reports Conflict With Patch 13591235 When Applying a LibOVD Patch To a oracle_common Home <Document 1561487.1>

But attempting to rollback Patch 13591235 as outlined in this Note fails with conflicts / "OPatch failed with error code = 70".
