Symptoms

Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) 11g, i.e., 11.1.1.7.0.

Test to Production (T2P) cloning tools did not configure correct passwords for target environments, and the Agent and Enterprise Manager (EM) had to be manually re-configured on both sides.

Since then, Log View and configuration are not available in Enterprise Manager; getting Enterprise Manager Failure in loading configuration from Oracle Virtual Directory server.

Getting '(401)Unauthorized' error in Administration Server emoms.log:

Attempted to reset the EMADMIN password with ovdcred.pl and matching password in Agent-Monitored Targets (both Global and Local Monitoring), but it did not help.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. EM Farm > Identity and Access > ovd1 > Oracle Virtual Directory > Logging > Configure Logs
2. See error:  Failed to get the logger data for target - /Farm_IDMDomain/ovd2/ovd2 (Oracle Virtual Directory)
3. Failure in loading configuration from Oracle Virtual Directory server.
