"Freeze All Search Results" is not Working in WebCenter: Records (WCCREC)

Unable to use the WCC Records feature "Freeze All Search Results" or "Schedule Freeze All Search Results"
1) Search for items via the Standard search or quick search
2) From the search results page, select edit and choose "Freeze all search results" or "Schedule Freeze All Search results"
3) Select a freeze and click ok.
4) No documents or items are frozen.
