Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, Install/uninstall

Upgrading OER to 12.1.3

Running the Upgrade Assistant tool (ua.bat) and it is throwing the following error:


[2015-03-19T11:49:31.940-07:00] [OER] [ERROR] [upgrade.OER.OER] ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
