Redirecting The "Help" Button Link To Intranet Rather Than Oracle Support Website (Doc ID 1993831.1)

Goal

In OIA, when user clicked the "Help" button while performing the Identity Certification, the user is redirected to https://Host.Domain:Port/rbacx/docs/userguide/en/index.html#top link.

In order to assist users completing the Certification Process quickly, it would be desirable to redirect them to our Intranet or to a Quick Reference Guide that have been designed for our internal users instead above Oracle User Support Guide.
Can you please advise us how can this can be achieved?
