WLS Admin Console login fails with BEA-240003 weblogic.management.NoAccessRuntimeException:

 

Changes

A change was introduced in the IBM JDK security fix to address CVE-2014-8891 (IV68824).  The JVM was checking whether the current context has the createAccessControlContext permission even when a security manager was not active. Due to this, certain login operations are not succeeding as the Security Manager is not working as expected.
