You need to assign permission to existing group from External LDAP Server in Category or Forums.

1. Log in to the Oracle WebCenter Portal's Discussion Server Admin Console at:

http://host:port/owc_discussions/admin

2. Click Settings > Admins/Moderators.

3. Click Grant New Permissions.

4. Choose Group to grant the permission to then you received a popup message saying "The Group was not Found."
